Doug lives in San Francisco, California where he does free-lance web development and computer consulting work. It's a natural occupation for one who graduated with a degree in anthropology.
Doug lives in the heart of the Haight Asbury district in one of those marvelous old San Francisco buildings. He moved to San Francisco right after graduation from UCLA and became a San Franciscian. He shares an apartment with friends, a brown ferret, and the last we heard, a boa constrictor. Celebration of Halloween at Universal Studios and Knots "Scarey" Farm are his latest trips. Doug enjoys travel and gets away as often as he can to other cities, or to the wild areas of California.
This fall Danny and Marilyn went to visit Doug and the three of them traveled to Sonoma in Northern California for some time touring the vinyards. We were lucky enough to rent a house for the weekend, since the NASCAR races were in the area, and spent our time touring vinyards, visiting a wonderful grocery called the Sonoma Market, eating, eating, eating.
